We are proud to offer pet-friendly accommodations so you can travel with your furry companions! If you didn't already at the time of booking, please indicate if you will be traveling with dogs in your booking, as we charge a small additional pet fee as part of the convenience.
Some pets shed more than others! We realize that it’s impossible to eliminate all shedding when dogs are having so much fun on vacation, but we would greatly appreciate it if you can help keep pet hair to a minimum by bringing a pet blanket for whenever your pet is snoozing on a soft surface!
Does it have a deck?
We sure do! It's right outside the property and it's a shared Deck.
How far is the beach from the property?
Literally right outside our living room. Enjoy the sights, sounds, and sunsets with Provincetown Harbor as your backdrop.
Are parties or events allowed?
We totally get it - Ptown is very lively and festive! You’re welcome to have friends over, just please be respectful, don’t host a ton of people, no house parties, and please don’t trash the place.
Please use good judgment and do your best to realize that we worked very hard to buy, decorate, and maintain our home.
What are the check-in / check-out procedures?
You will be able to access our home with a door code, which we will send to you during the days prior to your arrival.
Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 PM. Occasionally we accommodate early check-in if we have a gap between guests.
Check-out time is anytime before 10:00 AM
Can I smoke at the property?
Our home is a smoke-free home.
Please do not smoke or vape anything inside or outside the building.
No smoking on the deck or dedicated beach area for the condo!
The smell of pot smoke, bud, and joints is very strong.
We really must emphasize no smoking or vaping on premises. The smell lingers for a long time, and that’s not fair to us or to our future guests.
Where do I park?
Free parking for one vehicle is available for one vehicle, located just two blocks away. Parking is located on Pearl St. The parking lot can be reached at 7 Pearl St., and the spot is #9, the one right next to the big tree. If you need additional parking, The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1 - November 3, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight.
